edit the template and fill out fields per comments

test the validity of the template

# config_system --config-file <template_name> --dry-run

once validated, run it on a newly installed system without the dry run option

# config_system --config-file <template_name>



== backing up configs ==

This is not snapshotting an filesystems, only the configuration.
