how do perform and offline upgrades

1. download the latest cpuse
2. uninstall cpuse

[Expert@chkpmds1:0]# rpm -e CPda-00-00
/opt/CPshrd-R77/bin/cpwd_admin del -name DASERVICE

1. install new cpuse
